Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select your reason for return.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid FedEx shipping label provided to ensure your return is tracked and insured.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your device in its original packaging if possible, remove all personal data and cloud accounts, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the device upon arrival to verify its condition, and your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
